  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days 

  • Expedited Shipping (UPS/USPS): 

  • Cost: Varies by location 

  • Estimated Delivery: 2 business days 

  • Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional cost. 
    Delivery delays may occasionally occur. 

 

Shipping Locations 

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

 

Order Tracking 

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

Palm Beach Herbal Tea Company is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

Damaged or Lost Items 

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. 
If your order arrives damaged:
